No — flat-fee advice for coaching/club education. However, if we actively engage as your real estate agent to buy or sell, a standard commission applies for that representation.
Is this financial advice?
We provide education and deal information, not personalized financial or legal advice. Members should consult their own licensed professionals before investing.
How are risks handled?
Every opportunity includes a risk overview, operator track-record, and exit scenarios. You choose your tier and can pass on any deal that doesn’t fit your risk profile.
Can I leave the club?
Membership can be paused or cancelled per policy terms. Individual deal buy-ins follow the specific operating agreement and timeline for that opportunity.
